In 1937, amidst the rolling hills and valleys of the sun-soaked Mediterranean landscapes, my great-grandfather, Shaykh Al-Hajj, embarked on a journey that would define our family’s legacy. Holding an unwavering passion for the Holy Land of Jerusalem and an artisan’s touch, he began planting his own olive trees by hand and producing olive oil and other olive oil products, believing that nature’s bounty deserved to be celebrated in its purest form. 

What started as a humble endeavor in a small stone mill soon blossomed into something extraordinary. Al Hajj’s olive groves yielded luscious green, robust oil, which soon became a symbol of community and heritage. His reputation for quality and craftsmanship grew, drawing the admiration of locals and travelers alike. 

Over the decades, our family has carried on his vision and incorporated honey harvesting into the family tradition, blending traditional techniques with modern innovation. Each generation has added its own notes to the symphony of flavors and textures, ensuring that every drop of oil and spoonful of honey tells a story of dedication and love. 

Today, our company—a close-knit group of family and friends—continues to honor Al-Hajj’s dream. We not only share with you the love labor of our forefathers but other fair trade farmers’ also.
